1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout:

• "hi309", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the hi309 platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities responsible for the operation of the website at hi309.pro.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the hi309 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a user on the hi309 platform, through which all real-money gaming activity is conducted.
• "Platform" — the hi309 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming products including sportsbook, live casino, and slot games.
• "Funds" — real-money balances held within a user's hi309 account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bet allocations, or other non-cash incentives credited to an account subject to wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total real-money betting turnover a user must complete before bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which hi309 verifies a user's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the hi309 registration process, by accessing the platform following registration, or by placing any bet or wager on any hi309 product, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their current form. This agreement is binding and enforceable from the moment of first access.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the hi309 platform and must not attempt to register or maintain an account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register and maintain a hi309 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account use.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of hi309 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended hi309 account. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided.
• All personal information you provide at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

hi309 reserves the right to require documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage. This may include but is not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address issued within the last three months, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hi309 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

• All activity conducted through your account — including any bets placed or withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified hi309 of a suspected security breach.
• You must notify hi309 immediately via the support contact at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• hi309 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must ensure that you log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.

hi309 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform transactions and communications. Two-factor authentication is available to all users and is strongly recommended. Enabling two-factor authentication through the account security settings does not diminish your obligation to protect your credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hi309 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Specific minimum deposit amounts, maximum withdrawal limits, and processing timelines are published within the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

• Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your hi309 account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. hi309 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: hi309 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in currencies other than PKR. No currency conversion is applied by hi309 at the point of transaction.
• Third-party payments: Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name are not permitted. Any funds received from unverified third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that remain inactive (no login or financial activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the cashier section, applied against any remaining account balance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and gaming activity on the hi309 platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are available within the respective product sections of the platform. The following general rules apply across all hi309 products:

• A bet or wager is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended once it has been confirmed by the platform, except where hi309 identifies a manifest error in the odds or game outcome.
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or human error — hi309 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. Winnings generated from manifest errors will not be paid.
• hi309 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or game type at any time, including retroactively where a limit oversight has occurred.
• For sports betting, markets are settled in accordance with official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures). hi309 will not re-settle markets based on results subsequently overturned by governing bodies unless required to do so by applicable regulations.
• For live casino games, the outcome determined by the live dealer software system is final. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record.
• For slot games, the Random Number Generator (RNG) outcome recorded by the game server at the conclusion of each spin is definitive. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

hi309 offers bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the point of offer. The following general bonus conditions apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion may be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts or shared access points constitute bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• hi309 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn after being credited, any wagering completed against that bonus prior to withdrawal will be honoured.
• Bonus funds may only be used on products and markets that contribute to wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded products will not count toward wagering completion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi309 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all affected bets voided, and all balances — including real-money funds — subject to forfeiture where permitted by applicable law:

• Collusion: Coordinating bets or casino game play with other users to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or matched betting on both sides of a market through multiple accounts.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any third-party software that interacts with the hi309 platform without explicit prior written authorisation.
• Exploit abuse: Deliberately exploiting software errors, pricing anomalies, or platform malfunctions to generate profit. Any winnings derived from exploits are void.
• Money laundering: Using the hi309 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of any illegal activity. hi309 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false name, using another person's identity or payment details, or providing falsified KYC documentation.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a person under the age of 21.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the hi309 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and the hi309 brand identity — is the exclusive property of hi309 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of hi309.

Any unauthorised use of hi309 intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, reproduction of game assets, or use of the hi309 brand in connection with any third-party product or service — constitutes an infringement of hi309's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi309 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the hi309 platform.

• hi309 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. hi309 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
• hi309 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions that affect your ability to place or manage bets.
• In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, hi309's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your hi309 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

hi309 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users and can be activated directly from the account dashboard without requiring a support interaction:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session timers: Set time limits on active gaming sessions. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching and will be logged out when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing the account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the hi309 platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months. Any account balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you following identity verification.

21+ hi309 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Underage access is a serious breach of these Terms and of hi309's regulatory obligations. If you believe a person under the age of 21 has accessed the platform, contact hi309 support immediately.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

hi309 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account for any illegal purpose.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a bank or payment provider in connection with the account.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hi309 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hi309 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method following identity verification.

13 Amendments to Terms

hi309 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, hi309 will notify registered users by email to the address associated with their account and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure prior to the amendment's effective date. Bets placed and transactions completed before the effective date of any amendment are governed by the Terms in force at the time of those transactions.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hi309 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in a user's country of residence confer exclusive jurisdiction on local courts.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with hi309, users may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by hi309's licensing authority. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. They supersede all prior versions of the hi309 user agreement. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
